From the Airport
There will be an information desk and ushers in the reception hall at International Arrivals at OR TAMBO International Airport who will be happy to assist you with your connecting flights to Cape Town.
We have also arranged ushers for the first two days leading up to the congress at both domestic and international arrivals at Cape Town International Airport.
They will be able to guide you to the MyCiti bus (for your own account) or assist with any other airport transfer that you may require.
The Cape Town MyCiti bus terminates at Cape Town's Civic Centre where complimentary congress shuttles are available to take you to the Convention Centre where you can register or catch a free shuttle to your hotel.
Similarly, there will be a free return service to the MyCiti terminus for transportation back to the airport at the end of the congress.
Between the Convention Centre and your Hotel
We are delighted to announce that transportation will be available FREE OF CHARGE from a selection of hotels to the Convention Centre and back.
Three routes have been designated and labeled Red, Blue and Green and shuttles will run every half an hour during selected times in the mornings and the evenings.

About MyCiti
Guests catch the convenient Airport bus between Cape Town International Airport right outside the terminal building to the Civic Centre station in Hertzog Boulevard.
The Airport service runs every 20 minutes from 04:20 to 21:50

On arrival at the Civic Centre Station in Hertzog Boulevard guests will met by a dedicated transfer shuttle that will operate between the station and the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
ROUTE:
From Cape Town Airport to Hertzog Boulevard Station: My City Busses are met right outside the Arrivals Hall at Cape Town International Airport. Busses exit the airport and follow the N2 Highway into Cape Town. Busses take veer right heading up hospital bend and enter Eastern
Boulevard as they approach the city. Heading towards the city on Eastern Boulevard the Busses take a left hand off ramp that will connect the busses onto Hertzog Boulevard. Busses will drop guests at the designated Bus Terminus located in Hertzog Boulevard close to the Civic Centre.
From Hertzog Boulevard to Cape Town Convention Centre: Arriving delegates will be met at the station by appointed IAC staff who will direct them to the shuttle service that will operate from the station at Hertzog Boulevard. The shuttle service will depart from the Artscape Theatre and drop guests at the drop and go Coach parking area which runs parallel to the Cape Town International Convention Centre off Coen Steytler avenue.
