Airport Shuttle
Catch the convenient Airport bus service which runs between the Civic Centre on Hertzog Boulevard in the city and Cape Town International Airport, right outisde the terminal building.The bus runs every 20 minutes from 04:20 to 21:50.
The trip will take about 15 - 20 minutes outside of peak hour congestion or in opposite direction to peak hour congestion. Otherwise the trip may take from 20 - 30 minutes during morning peak and between 45 - 55 during afternoon peak hours. The tickets are sold at the Airport station and the Civic Centre station at a cost of R 50 per adult and R 25 for children 4 - 11 years. Children under 4 travel free.

Hotel Shuttles
Many of the city hotels offer airport transfers for your convenience. You can contact your hotel to book a transfer or if you have booked via IAC2011.com your travel consultant can arrange a hotel transfers for you.
Car Rental
There are currently 9 car rental agencies operating at CTIA. The car rental facilities are situated in front of the Transport Plaza and Central Terminal Building. Access to the facility is gained from two pedestrian subways that are placed on either side of the terminal building. Pedestrians no longer have to cross any busy roadways to gain access.
